An idea to bring Love in scientific terms to the world.
As the pandemic situation of corona virus has frightened humankind, I observed two facts that were the trigger to this hypothesis. First fact was that the percentage of kids is very low, and the second is that the percentage of pregnant women is very low too. These two pieces of information came to me and got me intrigued…why? In parallel I had a class in the Master course with Dr. Goswami and I asked Him if we could learn to activate the same state that we activate when we are in Love for someone, if we could activate this state in a way that we could be in love for life, for our families, for our friends, for our work, in a way that it could increase our health, as we already know the fact that when we are in love we suspend the immune system and give it some rest, and this is good for our health. So combining this two informations (The suspension of the immune system when we are in love, and the fact that the Coronavirus act in a lower way in Kids and Pregnant woman) I got to this reflexion:
“Would Love be the component that we are underestimating and that is a substantial feeling that could bring us good health? Would love be able to be proven in scientific terms?” The Jacob Grinberg Experiment proved the existence of another realm of reality called non-locality, or God, or Pure Consciousness. Could we assume that there was an intention between the 2 monks meditating together, an intention of being correlated. Could we connect this intention to some kind of love? Maybe we could investigate the intention to connect to someone as a level of love. Women tend to be more open to love as they have the maternity drive, and also women tend to have more connection with the heart chakra, as it seems to be part of their biological system, the tendency to take care of others. So we can start to investigate this connection: The heart chakra and the state of love and taking care of others, and the hypotheses that women may be healthier than men, as love is more present in their lives in some kind of way. There is some data showing that more men died than women in the case of Covid-19. This could be a strong point for this research, and also we can notice that very old ladies that has bitten the fight against Covid-19: Connie Titchen 106 year old (UK), Italica Grondona 102 year old (Italy), Cornelia Ras 107 years old (Netherlands), Gina Dal Colleto 97 years old (Brazil). Of course we should investigate other factors that are involved in these survival cases, and also we notice some old man that has survived too. But the statistics show that men are more affected by this virus than women. And there is some research that shows that other diseases bring us to the same data. An article in the New York Times says that “Men also were disproportionately affected during the SARS and MERS outbreaks, which were caused by coronaviruses. More women than men were infected by SARS in Hong Kong in 2003, but the death rate among men was 50 percent higher, according to a study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.” (Feb 2020). So all this information about women and their immune system brings us the clue of the importance of love and the importance of being aware of the heart chakra. And about children? What could explain that they are not affected in a deep way? Some may even contract the virus and do not have any strong symptoms. In an article published in BBC future, we have some debate about it: “At the beginning of the pandemic, it was thought that children are not getting infected with the coronavirus, but now it is clear that the amount of infection in children is the same as in adults,” explains Andrew Pollard, professor of paediatric infection and immunity at the University of Oxford. “It’s just that when they do get the infection they get much milder symptoms.” So this lead us to the Question: “Why do children have contact with the same virus and are not as affected as the adults?” Coming back to the subject of this reflection, which is the perception of Love as a very important component in our daily lives, could we elaborate some other questions that could relate to this datas? Maybe it is time to investigate the relation between our immune system and our relation with life. Maybe we could make a point about children being last polluted by the Consumerism Society, and more connected to the source. Maybe we could observe the fact that children are more aware of totality in a natural way, and by that, children would live in a higher expansion of consciousness, more time in Flow, in a creative way, as they play a lot and imagine a lot of things, more use of the brain in a synchronistic way, less stress, less “Reptilian Brain mode, less fight or flight response, and by that maybe we could postulate that children live in a higher state of mind, as children have no ambition and less connection to materialist thoughts. We might and also say that children would feel love in a very easy and constant way, as they feel embraced, tas they feel that someone is taking take of them, as they feel less insecurity about the future, as they live more in the present moment. This might be good for their immune system as they are already living in LOVE for life, as for a child everything is a big event, and the child is discovering the world. We already know that stress is very bad for the immune system. So maybe children have a life style that is free of stress and fool of love. Once again, we come to LOVE as a protagonist in the theatre of existence. There are some researches that say that marriage people live longer that single ones. And this reinforce the concept of love as a romantic love in our society. The psychologist Sonja Lyumbomirsky wrote a book called “The Myths of Happiness” where she shows that is not the fact of being married or not that could bring happiness, but the fact of having strong bounds of affection with people near you, and this could be friends, kids, students, neighbours and so on. “Research shows that married people are not happier than single ones, single ones have a lot of happiness by getting a meaningful life from other kinds of relationships and other kinds of search.” There is also another kind of research that shows that GrandParents that babysit or get along with their grandchildren live longer than old people that don’t. So this might be another clue about the importance that Love has in our Health. Also the work of Candance Pert that says that “ feelings are so powerful as drugs, as they work biological the same way, using cellular peptides and their receptors, our emotional molecules.”(Everything you need to know to feel good)brings us the importance of good feelings. And also we can take some reference on the studies of Dr. David R. Hamilton Phd “Can Kindness Boost your immune system?” one of his published article says that: “The Mother Theresa effect was named after a Harvard University study where volunteers watching a video of Mother Theresa carrying out acts of kindness and compassion experienced an immune boost. In the study, researchers took secretory immunoglobulin-A (s-IgA) samples from 132 volunteers before and after watching the video. Found in saliva, it is the immune system’s first line of defence if a person eats something that’s contaminated, and is generally considered a fairly good indication of overall immune function. After watching the film, their s-IgA levels were significantly elevated and remained elevated for a while afterwards as the volunteers kept thinking about particular scenes from the film.” We could say that Kindness is a kind of love, we could relate this to the heart chakra also, and with our level of empathy and our ability of putting ourselves in the place of the other, which is also related to the intention to connect, which also bring us to the point of intention as some kind of love. So this kind of datas could bring LOVE into a collective arena, without excluding the romantic love, but seeing romantic love as part of some bigger kind of LOVE. As we are all connected to the source, and as in another realm of reality we are all one. So romantic love would be like a rehearsal for the bigger kind of love that is to feel connected to existence, and to feel part of totality. So we should investigate how we could prove LOVE in scientific terms. Could we prove that a teacher that loves their students will have a better connection with them, as love is an easy way of expanding consciousness and could be a doorway to the entangled hierarchy? Imagine how we could make a revolution in the educational system by bringing love into the learning process. By bringing non-locality to the learning process, by bringing the entangled hierarchy to the teacher/student relation. Could we prove that a mother that love her daughter so much, and has patience to educate, and do not bit, could we prove that the relation between them is much better with love and without violence, and that love would be the invisible “Glue” that would connect them even if the mother is in India and the Daughter is in Brazil and a event of non-locality could happen between them as a dream? Or could we even put them together in front of each other and ask them to paint together or to guess what the other one is thinking? We might be able to prove that a lovely atmosphere at home would prevent diseases and constant flues, and that love is an essential ingredient, a kind of perfumed oil that would make the connection of the life system to flow, and lead human beings to a spiritual growth? How could we assume that love is not just a world, or a poem, or a dream in an artist song? How could we assume that love is subtle, but it is a kind of energy, so we might be actually able to Prove Love in scientific terms? How could we measure love and measure the frequency of love when a person is with the heart chakra opened and the consciousness expanded? Could we measure a creative act when a person is in love by the moment of creation, and connected to the source in a flow experience? Could we prove that loving each other, and activating the empathy principle, could lead us to equanimity and this could be a possibility to manifest non-locality in space-time? Could we assume that love might lead us to our next step of evolution? And also that by love we could improve human relations and this would also affect the corporate world, as a “Loving Boss” would inspire the workers, so people would not fear the boss, but love the Boss, and the respect and admiration state would be reflected on the productivity of the company. And by proving this the whole system would change for the better, focusing on the improvement of the people that work in the company as an improvement of the company as a whole. Focus on the human being not only in the numbers. A person is not a number. Once we prove that love is a very inspirational component that could flourish the system and the connection between people, making the team more harmonic, improving communication, making each person more creative and more open to new ideas, we could also start to relate love and productivity. So the jobs would be seen not by how much time the person spends working, but by the quality of what you are creating, and this depends on the level of your consciousness expansion, and love is an amazing way to expand the consciousness. So by that we could actually put love and productivity in the same sentence. Could we bring love into the Scientific arena and make some data to prove that by being a loving person we would be making our immune system work better, and this would be our essential state of being? The universe was born in a creative act. Could we relate creativity with love? Could we say that to create something is an act of love? When we are creating something we have a connection to the source, we are a channel for something to be manifested through us, and we also have a pure intention to bring something to the world, and this intention includes also to change the world in some kind of level, and this includes the other, is not only me, but the other exist, and by bringing something to the world I can also change something. So could we assume that being creative is not a selfish need, but a connecting source act, and by connecting to the source I am in my best version, my Quantum Self mode? So creating is also an act of making something that will affect reality in some kind of way, and when I say reality, I am already including the others in my world, or I would not have any need of expressing myself and could keep all my thoughts and feelings inside of me… So maybe we can postulate that being creative is also an act of including the other, and could we consider this inclusion love? We could say that love is a democratic feeling and state of living, as it is independent of our social class, of our cultural background, or colour of skin, or sexual choice, or age, or country, could we see love as a unifying state that could show us that we are all one. One in essence and unique in experience. We could consider that the movement of evolution of consciousness is also a movement of love. As we are part of this movement, Love might be our inner essence, our harmonious state, our better version. The word Health has the same etymological root as the word Holy, and both of them mean “Whole”. We could assume that being healthy is also being (Holy), by being in a spiritual connection with the source, and could we call this connection Love? How could we prove that? Maybe Love is a key to bring non-locality to space-time. At this moment we already have clues about the effects of love in our lives, maybe it is time to really prove Love in Scientific Terms, maybe by doing that we will get more people to believe in its power and a quantum leap might happen in humankind.
I will finish with a poem from the Ancient Sufi Poet:
Two kinds of intelligence
There are two kinds of intelligence: one acquires,
as a child in school, memorizes facts and concepts
from books and from what the teacher says,
collecting information from the traditional sciences
as well as from the new sciences.
With such intelligence you rise in the world You get
ranked ahead of behind of others in regard to your
competence in retaining information. You stroll with
this intelligence in and out of fields of knowledge,
getting always more marks on your preserving tablets.
There is another kind of tablet, one
already complete and preserved inside you.
A spring overflowing is a spring box.
A freshness in the center of the chest.
This other intelligence does not turn yellow or stagnate.
It’s fluid, and it doesn’t move from outside to inside
through the conduits of plumbing-learning
This second knowing is a fountainhead
from within you, moving out
Rumi
With love
